Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package our merchandise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at spiritsandstarscrystals@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy as appropriate and required by applicable law.

Natural Crystal Variations

Crystals and gemstones are natural materials. Variations in color, shape, size, patterns, and natural inclusions are expected and make each piece unique.

Natural variations consistent with the product description are not considered defects.
